Repair and Bench Service Terms
Repairs and refurbished items are warrantied for parts and labor for a period of sixty days from the date of shipment from our shop.Warranty covers failures resulting from regular use. Misuse, tampering, physical damage, water, fire, flood, lightning, power surge, Act of God, or any other incident outside the window of regular use will void all warranties. If warranty seals are disturbed, warranty is voided.
All stated rates are for repair services only. Parts are not included in repair rates and will be billed accordingly.
Expedited Repair Rate is only available for items for which Bohn Broadcast Services has the necessary parts in stock and available shop time to perform the repairs. Expedited repairs are authorized only on a case-by-case basis.
All repair invoices must be paid upon completion of work by cash, check, or credit card. Repaired units will not be released until funds have cleared our bank.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, in & out. Expedited return shipping may be requested at customers expense.
Bohn Broadcast Enterprises DBA The MaxxKonnect Group shall not be held responsible for shipping damage. If a unit is returned to us (with accompanying RMA) for warranty repair, and that unit is damaged in shipping due to poor or improper packaging, the warranty is void.
If item(s) sent for repair are not paid for within 90 days of invoice, item(s) shall be considered abandoned by customer and customer forfeits all rights item(s). After stated 90 day period, Bohn Broadcast Enterprises reserves the right to sell said item(s) to recover all costs.
Bohn Broadcast Enterprises, LLC shall not be held responsible for any damages to persons or property from the use or possession of equipment sold, serviced or repaired by Bohn Broadcast Enterprises, LLC DBA The MaxxKonnect Group.
